You Will:
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects
- Deliver approved products to meet operational and strategic transformation objectives using agile behaviors, techniques and frameworks
- Take responsibility for the technical delivery including the technical design, development, testing and maintenance, creating and managing delivery plans.
Must Have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry with 2+ years of experience working with Agile teams as a Scrum Master/Delivery Manager/ Project Manager.
- Have managed/lead a team of 10-20 people and experience in handling multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering digital products and projects. Experience in travel technology and/or Customer Loyalty
- Experience using a range of agile project management methods.
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree
- Awareness of goal setting tools like SMART, MBO, KPI, OKR
- Certifications related to Agile, Project Management, Product Management, Inter-personal skill, Leadership, etc will be valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage small/medium size Agile team
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and background of Agile methodologies
